The Settings page lets you personalize rogat.ai. Update your profile, toggle dark mode, fine-tune which notifications you receive (budget alerts, bill reminders, goal milestones, unusual spending), manage your data, and control account security. It's designed to be simple — no buried menus, no confusing options.

What You'll See

• Profile — Your name, email, and plan type (Free Plan). Update your display name or email in one click.
• Appearance — Dark Mode toggle. Switch between light and dark themes based on your preference. The current state is clearly shown ("Light theme active").
• Notifications — Granular control over every alert type: Budget Alerts (when you approach or exceed limits), Bill Reminders (before upcoming due dates), Goal Milestones (when you hit savings targets), Unusual Spending (when something looks off). Each has its own toggle.
• Data Management — Export your data, clear cached data, or manage connected accounts. You own your data and can take it with you anytime.
• Account & Security — Password changes, two-factor authentication, and account deletion. Standard security controls in one place.

Why It Matters

A finance app you don't customize is a finance app you stop using. The notification settings are especially important — too many alerts and you'll start ignoring them, too few and you'll miss important changes. rogat.ai defaults to the most useful alerts (budget warnings, bill reminders) and lets you add or remove from there.

Dark mode isn't just a nice-to-have — if you're checking your finances in the evening, a bright white screen is jarring. Small details like this make the difference between an app you use once and one you use daily.
